Biography: Wiza Kabaghe was born in Lusaka, Zambia. He is an Architect and Urban Designer who holds a Master’s of Science (MSc) degree in Urban Management and Development from Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Since 2017, he has worked as a lecturer, researcher and consultant focussing on Spatial Planning with a research interest in Urban Infrastructure, Housing and Land Development Strategies, Sustainable Cities and Smart Cities. He also has 12 years of professional practice experience working for the government under the Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure Development in charge of architectural and consultancy projects.

Research Topic: Towards an emerging smart city initiatives for the governance of public infrastructure in delivering good quality services on local development.
