Biography: After his bachelor’s degree from the University of Chad Mainroal worked as an informatician at a microfinance institution in Pala, Chad. He returned to university in June 2013 to do his Master degree in Computer Science at the African University of Science and Technology (AUST) in Abuja, Nigeria.
In December 2014, he returned to Chad and took up a position as Head of the IT department at CEFOD Business School (CBS).
The CBS, which based in N’Djamena, provides further education courses for graduates. In October 2019 Mainroal took up his current position as the Coordinator of the newly established Computer Science Engineering (CSE) department.
Research Topic: The contribution of ICT to improve municipal and other waste management and reduce other negative environmental impacts of cities.
