Serwah Prempeh is a Senior Fellow in APRI’s Economy and Society Programme, where she leads research on green technology, as well as Germany-EU-Africa development and foreign policy. Her expertise covers economic diplomacy and institutional reform in electricity markets within developing economies.

Prior to joining APRI, she was a Junior Fellow at the Bayreuth International Graduate School of African Studies (BIGSAS), where she completed her PhD in Culture and Technology in Africa. Previously, Serwah worked at the Australian High Commission in Ghana, where she managed the High Commission’s policy research and analysis for Ghana, Liberia, and Sierra Leone.
