On 4th of May has began the SMUS AFRICA REGIONAL CAMPUS 2026 at the University of Nairobi (UoN). The central Theme is in this occasion EC(h)OTONING the urban pluriverse.
The UoN has organized the Annual campus this year where the University of Pretoria and University of Dar es Salaam are visiting Nairobi discussing, reflecting and acting on the Wicked Urban Problem Reframing Urban Waste Systems through Ec(h)otoning.
The format was through a discussion on policy dialogue with society engagement; excursion along the Nairobi River corridor; comparative academic case studies; student micr-studio presentations.
