Working with non(human) allies (estera, quelites, and cow dung) as entry points for wicked urban problems, three teams from Lima-Peru, Xalapa-Mexico, and Kolkata-India present and invite you to discuss the results of their 6-month multi-format action research project. This co-designed KITCHENING methodology that used techniques that range from video to cooking also has an exhibition format during this conference.
